A few months ago, PrettyCity launched an association for Beauty Bloggers, the Beauty Blog Association (BBA) with the goal of supporting and providing resources for beauty bloggers… without asking for something in return.
The Locker Room at Equinox
The other day, we gathered together our Chicago bloggers and hosted a BBA networking event at the Gold Coast Equinox, 900 N. Michigan Ave. After an hour of mixing and mingling, including light snacks, refreshments and SWAG bags, we headed to a custom Equinox class designed to give the bloggers a peek at some of Equinox’s most popular class offerings including deep EXtreme, a class based on the evolution of dance, and Shockwave, an “extreme cross training” experience.

The class was exhilarating. Tough yet energizing, it was one of those classes that makes you work hard but leaves you feeling great about your strength, flexibility and endurance. A payoff well worth the effort. The Gold Coast location also has an MBD class, which stands for “Major Black Dress,” including cardio, alignment training and toning.
