We recently tried Revolution Blush, a rich pink color that really lives up to its name. Revolution, is phenomenal and the results are natural and beautiful. C A M P’s spokeswoman and famous Trans icon, Amanda Lepore, described C A M P as, “a company on the rise.” I adore CAMP’s blush and I know a lot of other beauty babes would as well! UltraPure Cosmetics does it for the environment. Established in 2005, UltraPure Cosmetics has been catering to those who see green. There Products do not contain Nano particles, Parabens, or any of the other ingredients we can never pronounce, and they do not test on animals! UltraPure’s Cosmetics are actually recommended by the National Rosacea Society, due to its healing benefits.

I have been using UltraPure for about two weeks now, and I really love the formula. I have said it before, and I will say it again, I am more bionic than organic, but the smooth shimmering eyeshadow from UltraPure sends me into a tizzy! The FX Eyeshadow’s glide on like silk and give me just the right amount of glisten to get through my day! They can be used wet or dry, and really are fantastic! I have also tried the lip gloss , which it’s beautiful, rich, and shiny.

So, here is the deal with UltraPure, they have great colors and formulas, it’s all vegan, natural, and healthy for our environment. However, UltraPure, is a fairly new company, so you could find some glitches on the website and maybe a lack of finesse with the packaging. Beauty Flash, Moisture Blast.. or Bust?

Clarins Beauty Flash Balm is sold every 40 seconds, according to Clarin’s, it must be fabulous! That was my thought process as I purchased the tiny tube with the mighty tag ($45 dollars for 1.7oz). After using the balm for a month now I am a little curious to know how Clarin’s exec’s settled on the name “Beauty Flash Balm.” did they mean beauty in a flash, or beauty for a flash?

I love Clarin’s. The company pumps out products that are tried and true, and has for years. I love their HydraQuench line and was very excited to bust out this balm… However, Clarins Beauty Flash Balm leaves me lacking moisture and lusting for my Money back. For your next Clarins purchase skip the balm and try something from one of the six other skincare categories!

From the catwalk to your cabinet! Rodin’s Olio Lusso was a staple at this year’s NYFW, but should it be a staple for you?

Rodin’s Olio Lusso face oil has been getting a lot of great press lately, being praised as an all age’s miracle oil that will produce beautiful dewy skin. Now, I know, some hottie’s may hesitate at the word “oil”, but don’t cringe we’re NOT talking about Crisco! Monumental Moment Monday-Pirate Polish!

What would I do with out my delightful digits from OPI? Probably, walk the plank! Luckily, I will never have to find out ’cause they keep pumping out polish faster than I can say, “Paraffin please!” This time we are getting down and dirty I mean pretty and pastelly??? Blimey! Whatev’s it’s almost spring and whether it makes sense or not these Pirates are in pastel. OPI has released their Summer 2011 collection named “Ahoy Me Hearties” (A tie in to the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie) and the always cheeky names are, Skull and Glossbones, Steady as She Rose, Sparrow Me the Drama, Planks A lot, Stranger Tides, and Mermaids Tears. The entire collection is literally topped off with Silver Shatter, which means shatter is here to stay… at least until Summer.

( from top to bottom-Right side)Skull and Glossbones: grungy Grey-green. Steady As She Rose: Pink cream, very natural. Sparrow me The Drama: bright creme pink. Planks A Lot: Lilac. Strange Tides: murky army green. Mermaids Tears: mint creme. The Left side is the aforementioned + Silver Shatter!

Just like the majority of OPI’s collections I am sure this one will be loved by all, and come May 2011 women everywhere will be begging for this booty!! My guess is the majority favorite will be Sparrow Me the Drama, but the cult favorite will be Strange Tides!

Unless you are four years old chipped nail polish is a no, no. I remember back in college going sans Lacquer as I didn’t want to deal with touching up my nails everyday due to work, school, and recreational fun. Now, as a full blown adult? Nothing has changed. I still do not want to paint my nails everyday, but I just die a little inside every time I catch one of my co-workers glancing at my chipped nails. I envision them thinking “what is she four?” Well, no more! If you are a diva like myself that loves looking lux, but hates high maintenance hottness then you should Shellac! Shellac is a new product from CND ( creative Nail Design) these nail wizards have developed a Hybrid of nail polish and gel that promises not to smudge, chip, crack, or do anything else that causes drama to our look for fourteen days! WE LOVE!!

Shellac paints on like polish – base coat, color, top coat – and is cured in a UV light so there is zero dry time. The colors are hypo-allergenic, and “3-Free” – no formaldehyde, toluene or DBP.
