Not Just Steam and Cream at the IECSC

Wednesday, April 28th, 2010

The International Esthetics, Cosmetics, & Spa Conference, also known as the IECSC, is one of the biggest beauty trade shows in the US. Each year estheticians, cosmetic buyers, and spa directors flock to Vegas for one weekend of beauty classes and to peruse thousands of products. There are beauty bars, nails bars, lash bars… and not a single one serving cocktails. Just steps away from the IECSC the International Beauty Show, referred to as IBS, is going on a the same time. This show is targeted to the salon owner or hair stylist with a vast arrary of nail and hair products to try, touch, smell, and buy. Between the 2 shows, you will see the most recent innovations and launches from the top beauty brands, as well as new brands trying to get their foot in the door in the highly competitive beauty business.

Although this is a beauty industry tradeshow, just because you do not work in this industry does not mean that you are completely excluded. For the ticket price of about $30 a day you and some type of link in the industry such as a hair stylist friend who tags along, you can partake in the beauty bargains that can only be found at this show. In the industry there is a term called “show price” which typically ranges from 10% to 70% off, usually about 50% off. That means you can buy make up brushes, beauty products, and skincare at steep discounts. This is not the stuff that these companies are trying to liquidate, it is new retail product, just like you would buy at your favorite spa or department store. On top of the amazing deals, you also can take advantage of samples, free gifts, and spa treatment demonstrations being offered at many of the vendors. For a beauty maven, it is like being a kid in a candy store.

Despite coming out of a recession, the turn out from the top beauty brands was staggering. They all showed up with their best faces forward; Clarisonic, Eminence, Beauty Society, Decleor Paris, Revitalash, Blinc and hundreds more.  Here are a few my new finds and highlights from the 2010 Vegas show this last weekend.

NYX a LA based make-up artistry line comparable to Smashbox or Mac offers a wide selection of products at attractive prices. Their eye pencils start at $3.50 and come in chic packaging.

I discovered a new line, Farmhouse Fresh, with fun packaging and yummy ingredients. I liked their Hot Whiskey Scour, a spiked sugar scrub that won’t leave you with a hangover.

I was educated on airbrush tanning by Molly of Organitan, who launched a line of complete organic & odor-free self tanning products on the harmful chemicals that are used in many self tanning products. Fans of Organitan include the LA Clippers cheerleaders.

I finished off the day with a much disserved soaking for my tired feet in some Kneipp joint and muscle bath with soothing Arnica.

The IECSC is coming to Florida on November 6-7th, 2010. You can learn more about the IECSC at http://www.iecsc.com/

Yoga Makeover

Beauty is not just about what you put on your skin, hair, and face. Your outward appearance reflects inward to your attitude and confidence. Have you ever noticed that when someone is going through a hard time in their life they may do something drastic to their hair?  Improving your outward appearance can actually be an important part of making transitions as you grow in your life.

I bring this up as I am in day 32 of a 60 day Yoga Challenge at Urban Yoga Spa. Through this experience I have learned that there is much more to yoga than the amazing physical benefits. I have also made some new friends along the way.

My new friend, Kathy Ferguson, instructor and owner of Urban Yoga Spa shared something profound about her experience in her practice at the end of a session that we did together. I wanted to share with all of you, as it truly illustrates how working on the beauty on the outside can also make you more beautiful inside.

“MY HOT YOGA = MY LIFE”

By Kathy Ferguson

Initially I started to practice Hot Yoga to burn lots of calories and get into shape; over the past 11 years Hot Yoga has evolved to become my Lifestyle as the practice has positively impacted every aspect of my life.  Looking back over my years of practice, I now see that  Hot Yoga has enabled me to peel back (and sweat out!)  the layers of “stuff” that had slowly built up over time and recognize the parts of my life that no longer served me.  In turn, this opened up my creativity and gave me the courage to re-design my life to be more rewarding and fulfilling.

I am a person who believes in commitment with no regrets!  I am married for 30 years to the most incredible man in the world, I served in Leadership Roles at Nordstrom for 29+ years, and I am fortunate to have a wonderful son who is 24 years old.  My time and life have been deeply dedicated to my husband, son and career.  As I said, “no regrets!”  Now, back to the Yoga…

Hot Yoga is the hardest thing I have ever done!  It is a commitment, and being a person who values commitment I jumped right in.  I began practicing 3-5 times a week.  At first, I just hated it. It was hot, I got all sweaty (I never sweat!) and I struggled with the Yoga postures because they were new to me.  I was used to being fairly good at things I chose to do, so I considered quitting and moving on to the next exercise “trend”.  Instead, a true believer of “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”, I persevered. I committed to doing Hot Yoga 3-4 days a week for 3 months.  At this point, my husband joined me.  He was curious about what I was doing that made me sweat so much. At first, he said that Hot Yoga was the hardest thing he ever did…..of course it wasn’t going to beat him……he was going to overcome the challenge.  We have practiced together ever since!

Soon, I began to realize that my Hot Yoga practice is a microcosm of my world, a reflection of myself and my life.  It took me a while of practicing regularly to see this.  I began to notice things little by little.  As I regularly worked through the challenge of the heat and the postures on my mat with patients, I became more patient working through issues in my everyday life.  As I breathed deeply and calmly through the challenges of the practice, I began to handle challenges I faced in my career and personal life in a much calmer, less stressful, way.  As I listened closer to my Yoga Instructors, I began to open my mind and hear things I had never heard before.  As I was willing to apply what the Yoga Teacher was saying, I found that the integrity of my Yoga postures improved.  I sweat out all things that do not belong in my body:  stress, toxins, fear, negativity, etc.  I began to see that I had allowed stress to rule my life, and through my Yoga practice I decided that I didn’t want stress to play such an important role in my life.  Over time, I expanded my tolerance for discomfort in every part of my life, as I worked through the discomfort and challenges on my mat.  The benefits of this have been huge in every aspect of my being.  For me, I have made key life decisions and changes as I have shed my fear of taking risks, and fear of failure.  This opened up a whole new world of opportunities for me…it has been very liberating and has led to a more fulfilling and fun life.

I have now begun to utilize my Yoga practice to work through issues or problems I may be facing.  Following my practice I realize the issue I’ve been dwelling on usually isn’t as big as I had built it up to be in my mind, and I patiently work through resolving it.

I have learned to love the challenge of the Hot Yoga practice, and I love the benefits it provides me, my mind and my body.  I want a supple spine, a strong core and a toned body.  I do not want to grow stiff as I age; I want to be flexible and agile.  My Yoga practice enables these things, but I must show up and do the work!    I no longer “have to go” to Yoga, I “get to go” to Yoga!

I can confidently say Hot Yoga is not a “quick fix” or a trend.  Hot Yoga is available to everyone, and the many mind and body benefits of the practice are there for everyone to soak up.  But, you must show up and do the work regularly.  You must be willing to be a student, to be vulnerable, and you must check your ego at the door.  You must be willing to take risks on your mat and be willing to try new things.  If you do, you will experience personal growth and you will grow beyond your current comfort zone.  If you aren’t open and willing, you will get a good work-out but you will also remain comfy in your “uncomfortable comfort-zone”.

Thank you, Kathy. I look forward to growing in my practice. Does anyone have any similar yoga experiences that they would like to share?

2010 is a turning point for the nail industry! There have been some major advances in the categories of natural, chemical-free products, as well as new technology that will change that way manicures are done forever. Here are a few of the highlights.

The Multi-tasking Polish

Sally Hansen just came out with a 5 in 1 nail laquer, Complete Salon Manicure. It is a base coat, color, top coat, and nail strengthener all in one. The colors are fabulous and it wears beautifully. What more could a busy girl ask for?

Marathon Nail Color

OPI has added to its offering a Gel Laquer that lasts 2+ weeks without chipping and does not damage your natural nails. It is available in the most popular OPI shades such as my personal favorite, You Don’t Know Jacques.  The system has been available since Fall, but since it is service only offered through salons and spas. Now the word has gotten around about this products performance, it is finally starting to show up in the top salons and spas.

The Coveted Cover

Minx has been a huge hit with the celebrities. I saw Minx for the first time on Angela Bassett. It is an adhesive film that comes in a myriad of designs that is applied on the nails using heat. The metallic designs tend to be the most popular. They have come out with special limited edition design to benefit Haiti and plan to launch It last for 1-2 weeks and does not chip. Minx is only offered by salons and spas by licensed and certified professionals. If you are a DIY type, you can try Konad Nail Plates, which allow you to stamp designs right on to the nail using special nail polishes. Although not exactly the same thing, it produces some eye catching designs.

HAUTE HAIR

Nothing is worse than a bad hair day. The best defense is great products and styling tools to make styling your locks a breeze.

Carita Paris Haute Chevue Intense color shampoo & Intense color mask has a unique complex preserve hair color from fading. This duo restores luster and leaves the hair super soft.

Shu Umera Deep Sea Repair Foundation works a prep tool to protect and repair hair from styling damage. This weightless spray is misted on hair before blow drying. This will help to detangle by conditioning, but also by sealing the cuticle which makes hair less likely to tangle and easier to manage.

Stila Jade Blossom hair refresher is an oil-absorbing powder aka “dry” shampoo with a pleasant floral scent. This is great for those days when you do not want to wash your hair and will add some instant volume to the roots.

Oribe Shine Crème, this light texture hydrating cream is a great finishing product to add shine and tames any fly-aways.  Just start with a pea size amount worked into the tips of your fingers and work through hair, starting from the bottom up.

T3 Bespoke tourmaline hair dryer offers a reduction in dry time by up to 70% and reducing frizz, leaving the hair silky smooth. I have the hot pink overnight edition. I do not leave home without it!

GHD IV is the best ceramic Flat Iron. It offers a quick heat up time and automatically shut off after 30 minutes for safety. It also comes with a DVD that shows you how to use the GHD IV for many different techniques including how to use your flat iron to curl your hair. After burning my hair in Morocco (long story) on a lower quality flat iron, I realized that you have to invest in a good iron that will not damage your hair.

My favorite Beauty products and their green counter parts, which I equally love.

YSL Touche Eclat vs. Dr Hauska Liquid Concealor

This concealor is light and easy to apply. It has calming calendula and moisturizing avocado oil, along with protecting minerals. It is petroleum and paraben free. Not to mention, the $24.95 price tag is not too hard on the wallet.

Laura Mercier Lip Glace vs. Mineralogie Natural Lip Gloss

This gloss offers shine and a beautiful selection of shades without petroleum or parabens, which is in most lip glosses. It is difficult to find a lip gloss free of those 2 ingredients. Nourish your lips with Jojoba and Almond oils, as well as essential oils of mint and lavender.

Clinique Even Better Foundation vs. Korres Wild Rose Brightening Makeup

Both offer brightening benefits, but Korres is free of parabens and mineral oils. It also is SPF 20, while the Even Better Foundation offers SPF 15 protection.

Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer vs. Tarte Clean Slate

This primer is petroleum, paraben, and sulfate free. It offers a light weight texture and is loaded with goodies such as anti-oxidants, vitamins, avocado oil, and echinachea root.

Skincueuticals vs. Luzene

There are not many medical brands that are organic. Luzene offers pharmaceutical grade organic ingredients, is paraben free and preservative free. It gives great results! If you have not heard of them yet, check them out at www.luzernlabs.com

Bumble & Bumble vs. Pureology

Vegan and sulfate-free, this line offers great performance without the ingredients that dry out your hair and keep color treated hair fabulous for longer.

Morrocan Oil vs. Josie Maran Argan Oil Serum

This ultimate hair nourisher and smoother is alcohol and paraben free. It is rich in anti-oxidants and vitamin E. Although both use silicones as their main ingredients, this one has some essential oils of bergamont and geranium.

Illegally Blonde: Faux Chevue

I got my extensions done by Kelly Wisniewski at Vain Salon in Downtown Seattle.

When I watched the last Victoria’s Secret fashion show, the tall exotic Super Models all had beautiful flowing hair. I envied their luscious flowing locks, so I went online and came across the Instyle Hollywood Makeover, where you can upload your photo and try on different celebrity hair styles. I started “trying-on” different hair styles and was soon longing for long hair. Although I have a lot of hair, it is fine, so whenever I grew it out it I felt like Marsha Brady, not fashionable or sexy at all. I was told adding in some extensions would give me some much needed volume.

The truth shall set you free

I heard that most celebrities with long hair have extensions from Cameron Diaz to Kristin Cavallari. Not to mention, color treated blondes have the biggest challenge growing their hair long due to breakage from damage caused by bleaches and color, so a chances are the most Hollywood blondes with longer than shoulder length hair most likely have extensions.

 So many choices…

I started to research about them and there are so many types, it was confusing. Wefts, weaves, glued, keratin bond… it all made my head spin. So I watched videos, read blogs, and met with a few stylists that specialized in extensions to learn for myself.

 The right selection

Ask you stylist what type of hair they use. A lot of the hair comes from China and India, which tends to be thicker and tends to naturally be dark. If you are a blonde then that also means they had to heavily process the hair. The best hair is European hair as is finer and will need less processing to lighten, so it will look and feel the most natural. It is also the most expensive.

Be sure that the hair that they use is Remy Cuticle. What that means is that the hair is certified that all the cuticle of each hair remains in the natural direction for all the hairs in each individual bond. This is essential because hair with the cuticles facing in the wrong direction will tangle.

I chose Keratin bond, as I have been told by many stylists that this is the least damaging to the hair and the most natural looking. This is a method where the use keratin, as natural substance that you hair is actually made of and bond it with a tool in individual groups of hair called Keratin bonds laying each section to naturally blend with your own hair. If not done correctly you may end up looking like you have a“mullet”. I do not recommend doing any type of weft, weave, or glue method as it can be very damaging. I also recommend staying away from any metal bonds as they can leave permanent rust stains in your hair and cause breakage.

As far as companies that make the extensions, Great lengths is a very popular brand of extensions that required that their stylist. Socap is another popular brand, but is not as high quality as the Great Lengths. Both are Remy cuticle. I am a big fan of Hairlocs, because they use very high quality European hair. It feels very soft and natural but  good quality European hair will cost you a pretty penny.

 A perfect match

Be sure that you get your color done at the same time. If you are a platinum blonde, your stylist may need to tone your extensions so they are not too warm. If they leave the toner on too long, they will turn grey or bluish especially with hair from India or China because it just is too much processing for that type of hair. Some stylists will order several shades of hair to blend and create highlights.

Pony up for that pony tail

The range can be vast, as well as the quality. If they are charging less than $500, I would recommend that you do not do it, as the cost of hair should be around $200 for the stylist plus their labor which could be a minimum of 3 hours and up to 8 hours. You really do get what you pay for in terms of quality and you don’t want to cut corners on this. On the high end, you can pay $3,000 or more. This is what most celebrity stylists charge. But don’t let your stylist trick you into overpaying for subpar extensions. Be sure to ask if the price of the hair, monthly maintenance, and removal is included. Don’t forget gratuity on top of that!

 Making the cut

Britney Spears got a lot of flack a few years ago because of her extensions being easily distinguished because she was not patient enough to let her stylist cut her hair right. According to extension specialist Riawna Capri of Nine Zero One Salon in West Hollywood, who has seen Heidi Klum and Eva Longoria, the secret to looking most natural is in the hair cut following the application of the extensions. If you can wear it straight and it looks natural, then you know the cut is right.

 Time to go

Don’t let anyone fool you, extensions should only last about 3 months before they need to be replaced. Some stylists will tell you 6 months, but it is rare that they can actually last that long. Getting them out is just as important as getting them in, as improper removal can cause damage and breakage to your hair. I heard that Jennifer Aniston had a bad experience when she had her extensions removed where she ended up losing a great deal of her own hair.

I am having fun with my hair! It is only temporary. I am not sure what I will do next. I may after a few months decide to go back to a bob.

Slough Stuff!

Tuesday, March 16th, 2010

By Tricia Mann

You skin is the largest organ in your body! The top layer of your skin is constantly sloughing off; on average it renews itself every 28 days. Due to stress, pollution, environmental changes in heat and cold that process does not always happen the way it is suppose to naturally. When you exfoliate the top layer of skin, it sends a signal to the skin cells on the bottom to produce new skin cells. Many times when a beauty product is labeled “anti-aging” it really means it is exfoliating. Ingredients such as enzymes, glycolic acid, lactic salicylic acid, retinols, as well as “mechanical” exfoliantes, which are things that have an abrasive texture to buff of dead skin such as a loofa, all provide a way to shed that dead skin.

Here are a few of my favorite head to toe exfoliation tricks.

For the Face

Naturopathica Pumpkin Enzyme Peel is an enzyme based option to melt away dead surface cell revealing a refreshed, radiant complexion as well as decongesting the pores. Exfoliation on the face must be done with care. I recommend exfoliating no more than 2 times per week. Over exfoliation to the face can lead to dryness, damage to the hydrolipidic film on the skin which can offset the skins natural PH, as well as cause irritation or sensitivity.

www.naturopathica.com

For the Body

Resurf.a.stic, a Micro Derm Stick for the body uses diamond-shaped crystals, just like the ones used in a professional microdermabrasion to buff off dead skin, along with Hyaluronic acid to deeply hydrate. This is a great solution for those dry elbows, as well as along the bikini line to prevent ingrown hairs. Just wet it and use gentle pressure in a circular motion all over the body.

www.resurfastic.com

For the Feet

Beauty Foot is truly a magical product! It is hugely popular in Japan. You start by putting on a plastic booty containing the Beauty Foot formula which you leave on for about an hour. Take it off and rinse your feet. After 5 to 7 days all those top layers of skin on your feet naturally peel off. This is the ultimate solution for those calluses from wearing 3 inch heels. The best part is no exposure to harmful blades or bacteria.

www.kuub.com

For the Hair

Carita Revitalizing Scrub for the Scalp is a unique product designed to relieve dry scalp while promoting circulation. This scrub is gently massaged into the scalp, rinsed, and then followed with your normal shampoo and conditioner ritual. The Carita sisters, Parisian hair stylists were known to say, “in order for the hair to be healthy, the scalp must also be healthy therefore you must treat it”. This product leaves your scalp feeling refreshed to promote shinier, healthier hair.

Seattle: Spa in the City

Photo of treatment room at Spaah at Hotel 1000

By Tricia Mann @Triciatravels on Twitter

Where to go for the ultimate spa treatments in Downtown Seattle.

Elaia Spa at the Hyatt Olive 8

This spa is comparable to spas in Los Angeles or New York, without the pretentiousness that turns off many Seattlites. The service in the spa is impeccable, my every need attended to.  I love the focus on “market fresh” treatments using organic products. One of my favorite facials in Seattle is their oxygen facial because it gives the complexion an instant glow. This facial is ideal for jet-lagged skin. They do a special events every month such as a Martinis and Manicures for $25.

Urban Yoga Spa

I frequent Urban Yoga Spa for their Hot Hatha Hour classes, which are the best in the city. A good massage is so much more rewarding after being bent and stretched like a pretzel. They have a full menu of services including nails, facials and even offer lash extensions. You can tell by all the yoga instructors lush, gorgeous lashes that lash extensions are one of their specialties. They offer a Spa Happy Hour from 10am-12pm where they offer special treatment prices such as a 20 minute massage for $30.

Spaah at Hotel 1000

Just saying the word Spaah feels relaxing. The Spaah at Hotel 1000 is all about an intimate and customized experience. They offer some amazing high performance facials, such as the Carita Prolift Facial. This facial uses a Micro-current machine to stimulate the muscles in the face, instantly lifting the skin. They also have Happy Hour Mon – Fri 11:30am – 2:30pm, where they offer great prices for express treatments. Great for the girl on the go! Each month they do a special event. Last month they offered a special Rose facial with glass of wine for $45.

Vida Wellness Spa

This Aryurvedic focused spa is the largest in Seattle. Every detail of this spa was beautifully laid out. I am a fan of the Aryurvedic hot stone massage that is customized based on your Dosha, which is a holistic way to explain your body constitution and how it creates imbalances in the body. They have infrared panels built into the ceiling of the treatment room that sit above the massage table. When turned on it warms the body, detoxifies, and boosts the immune system. This is the only spa that I have ever seen that offers this feature.

Four Seasons Spa

One of the newest spas in Seattle, this spa offers full amenities such as steam room and sauna. As a Pacific Northwest native, I found the local, indigenous ingredients used in many of the treatments appealing. The Deep Forest Bliss using balsam fir and oak moss, as well as Northwest Passage using evergreen extracts of white pine and silver fir are treatments that offer an urban renewal combined connection with nature. Rather than going camping, you can experience the luxurious Mount Rainier Journey, a body treatment with a sage and pine massage. The best part is no mosquito bites!

Les Minerales: The Best in Mineral Make Up

Friday, March 12th, 2010

There are so many mineral lines on the market, and so many great products in each individual line. This is an overview of some of my favorite lines and where they shine.

 Best Color Line: Jane Iredale

Jane makes great make up and has nice packaging but where her line really shines is in its selection of colors. Her range of eye shadows have a luxurious, blendable texture. Her lip gloss offer a great pop of color. My favorite is her line of eyeshadow and bronzers with real 24K gold. They have a luxurious texture and give the skin a radiant glow.

Best overall healthy skin make up: Susan Posnick Colorflo

This make up line is all about keep in simple for the women on the go. Most products in this line are multi-purpose and you don’t need to be a make up artist be able apply them well. Her mineral make up offers the best sun protection hands down in an SFP 26 that effectively reflects away those harmful rays. I recall one instance getting some pool time in Las Vegas where I had applied SPF 30 lotion to my pale, easily burned skin and applied the Susan Posnick Colorflo to my face only. After 2 hours my body had sun burn, but my face was completely unscathed, including my nose. That blew me away and made a believer that mineral make up is the ultimate form of sun protection. I also give her an honorable mention for least messy, as easy to apply brush system does not leave mineral make up dust all over your cosmetic bag.

 Best Packaging: La Bella Donna

Most mineral make up lines can not hold a candle to Chanel, YSL, & Dior when it comes to luxurious packaging. There is something about putting on a beautifully packaged lip gloss that makes you feel good. This is where this line stands out against other mineral lines. The striking metallic packaging is a perfect match to all the wonderful high-quality ingredients packed inside.

Best for on Camera: ColorScience

This line does not contain a lot of Mica, which makes you look shiny on camera or in photos. According to celebrity make up artist, Judy Staat, this brand is frequently used on some of your favorite TV shows such a True Blood and Nip Tuck. She also said that Cameron Diaz was the one that turned her on to the line. This is the best mineral line to use for brides, as it offers SPF protect, coverage, and will make your skin look great in photos, even outdoors.

 Best Mineral Pioneer: Bare Escentuals

The creator of this line Leslie Bloggett really forged the way for the prior brands mentioned by creating awareness and demand for mineral make up. I love how she did demos on her infomercials and QVC on how gross and unhealthy some ingredients used make up are such as mineral oil.  In all fairness, I will not into how great Bare Escentuals is as this line dominates the mineral make up market already. The messiness factor of the powders, blushes, and eye shadows is the only turn-off for me. Her company recently sold to Shiseido for a cool 1.7 billion dollars. Nice job, Leslie!

When you travel you are not just thinking about looking good, you are also thinking of how you can fit all those products in a teeny zip lock baggie without any single liquid item exceeding 3oz. These items below not only perform but they all can be brought in your carry on luggage.

Blinc- Kiss me mascara. I love this because it does not leave smudges or flakes and lasts throughout the day. After a long day of travel, you do not want to be walking off the plane looking like a tired racoon. The surprising this is that when you want to take it off, it rinses off easily with water, so you are not rubbing and pulling eye lashes out every night.

YSL Touche Eclat- this is an ultra- light concealer & highlighter with a built in application brush. It is great to use to cover dark circles, as an eye shadow base, or to cover skin imperfections. One click releases the product on the brush and easily blends into the skin. This product has won countless beauty awards, and still is an editor favorite. A definite make up bag must-have!

Dr. Kaplan MD Lip 20- This is a paraben and mineral oil free lip product protects the lips with spf 20 and offer 4 sheer shades and a clear options. The formula is full of anti-aging peptides, Hyaluronic acid, nourishing ingredients to leave the lips supple on those long, cross-country flights.

Susan Posnick ColorFlo- I have tried a lot of mineral make up lines and still think that this product offers the best coverage and easy of use. The container has a brush attached, so you can apply directly on the skin. This product offers SPF 30 protection, so it is great if you are headed somewhere tropical.

Bronzer is great because you can use it to contour your cheek bones or as an eye shadow, as well as its main purpose to give you a Faux glow. Nars Laguna Bronzer is the perfect balance of color and shimmer to blend flawlessly and wear beautifully.

Urban Decay 27/4 glide on pencil goes on smooth like a liquid & stays put all day. The texture makes it easy to blend for and there are many metallic-hued shades to choose from. Although some of the shades may be a little bold,  most look great on almost anyone. My favorite colors are Honey, Gunmetal, Stash, & Rockstar.

Now you are ready for take-off!
