If you are a make-up and skincare lover The Make-up Show held yearly at the Metropolitan Pavilion is the place to be. Make-up Forever, MAC, NARS, SMASHBOX, INGLOT this show has it all. The place is jammed with vendors, filled with seminars and packed with really big discounts. I love attending this show! I get some great beauty insight at seminars held by top beauty professionals and I get to explore vendors and companies that perhaps I am not so familiar with.

Some “Must Haves” in my bathroom.

My bathroom cabinets are always overflowing with stuff. Stuff that I need, stuff that I don’t need and stuff that I simply want. I spent some time today keeping and pitching. These are a few of the items that I kept:

Kneipp Deep Sleep Mineral Bath Salt with Valerian & Hops. This is made with pure and natural thermal spring salt. This is a keeper because it helps to relax me at night to get ready for sleep. It is easily soluble. As it dissolves into hot bath water it releases Valerian and Hops essential oils. Q-Tips, of course. I like the Q-Tips Precision Tips. The following is an actual account of my experience with this remarkable at home facial appliance.

Before I started using the MicrodermMD, I read and followed the directions thoroughly. This is a very important step, and by doing so, you are guaranteed optimal results.

The 4 steps of Diamond Peeling Treatment are shown above and I suggest trying out the 5 power levels of exfoliation on a surface area other than your face to start so you can feel the different power strengths. When working on a certain area, you can choose your comfort level and get the best possible skin exfoliating treatment depending on the area of the face or body you are treating.
