Before I tell you about my experience, I would like to share some information about the MicrodermMD. After completing my research on their website http://www.trophyskin.com/, I found that the MicrodermMD treats a wide range of skin conditions including discoloration, acne scars, wrinkles, blemishes, enlarged pores, sun damage and uneven skin texture just as effectively as professional treatments. The MicrodermMD is a painless, chemical-free way to perform skin peeling without going to a dermatology clinic. The Diamond Peeling Tip, made from diamond particles for skin-peeling precision, neatly vacuums dead skin particles while peeling. Before I started using the MicrodermMD, I read and followed the directions thoroughly. This is a very important step, and by doing so, you are guaranteed optimal results.
The 4 steps of Diamond Peeling Treatment are shown above and I suggest trying out the 5 power levels of exfoliation on a surface area other than your face to start so you can feel the different power strengths. When working on a certain area, you can choose your comfort level and get the best possible skin exfoliating treatment depending on the area of the face or body you are treating.
After turning on the MicrodermMD, I applied the diamond tipped exfoliating wand directly to my face. Following the instructions, I gently stroked the wand over small areas of my face, a little at a time, stroking each area 3 or 4 times per treatment and continued this until I covered all the areas I wanted to treat. A 5-10 minute treatment a few times per week is all that is needed to achieve glowing, radiant skin.The MicrodermMD works by gently and powerfully exfoliating the top 3-5 layers of outer dermis, removing dead skin and the soon-to-be dead skin beneath.
