This is quite interesting! It’s called TravelEase and it’s by Sprayology. It’s a Homeopathic Oral Spray that relieves jet lag. You spray it under the tongue at departure, after each two hours of flight and at landing. Then two sprays 3 times a day until you are acclimated back to your normal rhythm. Check out the packaging and the website for more information. It’s $22 for a 1.38oz bottle. www.sprayology.com

Leslie Tylers’s dating do’s & dont’s

Wednesday, August 4th, 2010

Leslie Tyler is the founder of Leslie Tyler Cosmetics. She is a lifestyle expert & TV personality who has a natural knack for matchmaking! Leslie recently appeared on the Your Carolina morning show where she shared some dating Do’s and Dont’s.

Dating Dos:
1. Be attentive to your date. Listen and ask questions…not too many but enough to make him think he matters.
2. Stick with small talk initially and move on to deeper subjects if he leads to them.
3. Maintain eye contact. Be subtle and don’t stare!
4. Know what you want to do on the date. When he asks where would you like to go or what would you like to do next…have an answer.
5. Show a sense of humor. Laugh at his jokes and make a few of your own.
6. Allow him to act chivalrous. Show appreciation for those little things he does to be a gentleman.

Dating Don’ts:
1. Your date is not your shrink. Do not make the date a therapy session.
2. Do not talk about your ex.
3. Don’t be distracted. Shut off your cell phone or put it on vibrate.
4. Do not make any physical advances/have sex on the first date.
5. Do not have more than one alcoholic beverage.
6. Do not be concerned about ending the date early…if you are uncomfortable end it!
7. Do not wear too much foundation on your face. It will look like you are trying to hide something.
8. Do not show too much cleavage. That is a no no!

It’s Murad!

Thursday, July 1st, 2010

“I can’t think of a more rewarding life than being able to help people look younger, feel healthier and live happier,” says Dr. Howard Murad. And, he certainly does. We are huge Murad fans here at IAGT. Right now, I am especially loving the Murad HYBRIDS Skin Perfecting Primer. I am wearing it today with just mascara and lip stick. My pores look smaller. My skin has a nice matte finish and the universal shade matches my skin tone perfectly. Best of all, I know it’s right for me. It’s Murad!
