Last week I learned about an amazing non-profit organization, Beauty Bus, which provides in-home beauty and grooming treatments, free of charge, to chronically and terminally ill men and women (AND their primary caregivers).
During such a difficult time, a Haircut, Spa Pedicure, or Facial (just to name a few of the BB services) empowers the Beauty Bus client, helps them maintain dignity and gives them respite.
Alicia and Wendy’s story, the founders of Beauty Bus, is a touching one, and there are so many ways you can get involved too: Beauty Buddies, Bus Drivers, Monetary Donations, Beauty/Grooming Product Donations, Corporate Sponsorships and more.
I was first exposed to Beauty Bus by Robbie Schaeffer, owner of ROB|B OPI Concept Salon, who donates his time as a Beauty Professional, to perform treatments. Not only is his business absolutely breathtaking, but discovering that he makes time to be a part of something as gracious as Beauty Bus, completely WOW-ed me.
If you are interested in supporting the Beauty Bus Foundation in any capacity, please contact them at 310-287-1272.
I did today.

I just heard about this. Thanks for the skinny, skinny!
Love this! What a great idea. There may be a way for my Spagirls to get involved as volunteers and for our company to donate product!
Just had to leave a comment. I really loved your opinion.
